Terms and Conditions of Travel with us
All travellers must arrive promptly at the designated departure time for their pick up point. Adhering to the schedule is crucial, as it ensures that we reach the match ground on time. Please be aware that the group will leave exactly as stated, with no delays permitted.
If you are not there at the stated time, the Bus may leave before you arrive. If that happens, you will need to find your own way to the match or home. Additionally, you will be liable for your fare and no refunds will be given. No liability will be accepted by Bingley Bantams if you should miss a coach due to your lateness.
Drinking of Alcohol is NOT allowed on coaches to football matches. It is against the law to drink alcohol on any coach going to a designated sporting event. It is also forbidden to Smoke or Vape on our coaches.
Bingley Bantams reserve the right to refuse coach travel to anyone without giving any reason for such refusal. We also expect all traveling passengers to show good behaviour and consideration for other passengers. Everybody wants to enjoy their day out.
Tickets must be paid for before travel – no exceptions.
If you cancel your travel within 1 week of the travel date, you will not get a refund. A refund is possible only if we can resell your seat.
If the Match is cancelled and Bingley Bantams have to pay for the hire of the coach, no refund will be given.
Refund Policy for Items other than Travel
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here’s how refunds and returns work with us:
If something’s wrong
- If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you can return it. We offer a full refund within 30 days.
- After 30 days, we’ll offer a repair or replacement. If that doesn’t solve the problem, you can still ask for a refund.
Changed your mind? (Online & Distance Orders)
- For items bought online, by phone, or by mail, you have 14 days to change your mind. This period starts from the day you get your order.
- Just let us know, then return the item within another 14 days.
- We’ll refund you within 14 days of getting the item back, including the basic delivery cost. As long as the goods are in perfect condition.
Items we can’t refund
Some things can’t be returned unless they’re faulty:
- Custom or personalised products
- Perishable goods (like food or flowers)
- Sealed items (like CDs, DVDs, or software) once opened
- Newspapers and magazines
Proof of purchase
Please send us your receipt, order confirmation, or bank statement so we can process your refund quickly.
How refunds are made
- Refunds go back to your original payment method.
- If you paid for delivery, we’ll refund the standard delivery cost.
Returning items
- Please send items back in perfect condition.
- If the item isn’t faulty, you may need to cover return postage.
