travel with the bantams

It is the responsibility of each individual person to ensure that they are at the Departure and Pick up points on time. The pick up points are advertised for each individual match and the departure point is the drop off point at the ground and we will depart 30 mins after the final whistle.

IF YOU ARE NOT THERE ON TIME WE WILL DEPART AT THE STATED TIME AND YOU WILL HAVE TO MAKE YOU OWN WAY TO THE MATCH OR HOME.

In addition you will be liable for your fare and no refunds will be given. 

No liability will be accepted by Bingley Bantams if you should miss a coach due to your lateness.

Drinking of Alcohol is NOT allowed on coaches to football matches as it is against the law to drink alcohol on any coach going to a designated sporting event. It is also forbidden to Smoke or Vape on our coaches.

Bingley Bantams reserve the right to refuse coach travel to anyone without giving any reason for such refusal. We also expect all travelling passengers to exhibit good behaviour and consideration for other passengers. Everybody wants to enjoy their day out.

Tickets must be paid for prior to travel - no exceptions.

If you cancel your travel within 1 week of the travel date no refund will be given unless we can resell your seat. Given that we may have already turned people down on the grounds that we are full we feel this is only fair and reasonable.

Should the Match be cancelled and Bingley Bantams have to pay for the hire of the coach then no refund will be made for monies paid.
