Bradford City AFC's loyalty scheme, which sees supporters earn 'City Points' will continue throughout the 2025/26 season, allowing supporters to be rewarded for their commitment in backing the Bantams - both on and off the field.

The scheme was introduced to provide additional priority purchase windows for away fixtures from the beginning of the 2022/23 campaign, when points accrued in 2021/22 came into play. 

In June 2023, following the completion of a survey which invited feedback on the scheme, it was renamed to the City Supporters Scheme, seeing 'City Points' awarded for purchases.

Supporters with the most City Points have greater priority with regards to all ticketing opportunities, primarily away league and cup fixtures. 

Should, however, cup fixtures arise where demand for tickets outweighs supply, the scheme could be introduced early, with all fixtures and other events over the course of the season offering supporters an opportunity to claim further points. 

From July 2022, tickets for away and cup/play-off (away and selected home) fixtures were placed on sale at different intervals, before tickets were then made available to season ticket holders and then placed on general sale. 

City Points are awarded to each supporter on the following basis: 

- Purchasing a season ticket: 200 City Points upfront with an additional 20 for every home league game attended that season, which can accrue a total of 460 if all games attended

- Purchasing an official 'We are the Bantams' membership: 100 City Points (please note this can take up to two weeks to be credited to your account)

- Attending a home fixture: 20 City Points

- Attending an away fixture: 20 City Points

- Attending a home pre-season friendly: 20 City Points

- Attending a cup fixture: 20 City Points

When a supporter visits the club’s official ticketing website or the Valley Parade Ticket Office, the minimum number of 'City Points' required to purchase a ticket for the fixture in question will be stated. 

As supporters continue to be awarded points for each fixture they attend, the respective point band thresholds will continue to be updated and increased on a match-by-match basis. 

The required number of City Points will be released at the start of the on sale period, and updated at 5.00pm on the day of sale, subject to uptake of tickets. Tickets will then go on sale to season ticket holders for 24 hours, before then going to general sale subject to availability. 

Ahead of each fixture where the scheme is applied, the required number of points will be clarified when tickets are placed on sale.

Supporters do not need to be a current season ticket holder in order to be able to accrue City Points. All that is required is a membership number on the club’s official ticketing website, giving supporters the ability to purchase various products which are available on the site. 

Supporters' online ticketing accounts will be refreshed and updated with their respective point totals on a monthly basis.
